Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

1. All bookings require a card to be held on file.

2. All bookings over 10 guests are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to a £10 per person charge.

3. Afternoon tea bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to the full charge per person.

4. We do not take bookings for The Terrace. The Terrace operates on a first come, first serve basis.

5. Depending on booking size, you may be required to pay a deposit in order to secure your booking, this deposit is non-fundable and non-transferable if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking.

6. Pre-payments made towards food are non-refundable and non-transferable if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking.

Vouchers:

1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against special or promotional menus out-with our usual menu offerings.

3. The Albyn reserves the right to refuse any damaged or expired vouchers.

4. Vouchers must be redeemed in full and can only be used in one transaction. Any value remaining cannot be used towards a future transaction.
